The only thing we liked about the property was the location of the property

The property is extremely outdated. There was too many plugs into one outlet, which made it dangerous. Coffee mug was broken. You could tell the Volta room clearly had not been cleaned or used in quite some time. The listing said that there was a free continental breakfast and there was not a free continental breakfast but yet they did not remove it from the listing

I didn't like anything about the property.

The customer service was terrible, we were charged fees that were not mentioned on the website, even though "free breakfast" was supposedly included per the website, there was a sign that stated "We are not serving breakfast right now."

You asked about the breakfast. There was none provided.
Manager came into our room to show us how to use the TV since it did not sync correctly with their system. That was a very nice gesture. Later, I couldn't make it work, however!

I expected a breakfast - but there was none. Apparently I didn't read the amenities correctly!

Redecorating of hotel would make it more homey!
