Positives: I had booked my room and forgot to do the whole weekend I call during the week and someone at the front desk was able to booked me a room for the remaining of the weekend!! Also after I checked out on Saturday to check back in Syd at the front desk and the housekeeper made it GREAT!!!

Negatives: I don’t like that they took the $50 out before I got there
