Very long walk to our room. Other outdoor access was locked after 6pm making it difficult for my husband to walk to the room (he has COPD). Also the pet fee was ridiculously expensive.

Room was very small for a 3 star hotel. Felt "tight." No chair or any place to sit other than the desk office chair. Not much drawer space.

I did not like it that there were no room services--no bed make-up, no fresh towels or linens unless I asked for them and then I would have had to make up my own bed. Not truly acceptable

We were glad to find a clean place for a very last minute stay. Very friendly woman checked us in and made us feel welcome when we were exhausted and just ready to rest.
Negatives:
Beds were a bit too firm for our liking, but not terrible. Water pressure was not the best but it did the job, definitely happy for hot water.
