Everything about the outside was top notch! And the staff was very friendly! Everyone there was great!

The room had an odor…. There were little flies all over. The bathroom left a bit to be desired. For what we paid…. I expected a better maintained room.

Our room had a great view. Thanks to the front desk person (Tahere). I think she did a great job helping us celebrate our anniversary. The cleaning lady did a very good job also.

The large tree out side our deck had loud cicadas at night. So really couldn’t sit outside.

Negatives:
Entering room first time you smelled a chemical smell. Clog in shower almost filled to overflowing the shower basin, person came to fix and used strong chemical. Shower door leaked soaking floor every time. Both sinks smelled so bad of Drain cleaner. Mattress was extremely hard, asked for a topper, never received one or told yes or no if they could accommodate. Adult pool and hot tub water temperature was cold, they were supposed to be heated? When we asked regarding the temperature, parts are on order? That information should have been told to us.
