That we left something in our room after we had checked out, and when I called the hotel they said that they throw away items that guests leave in the rooms. We left five bracelets and two rings. You don't just throw them away, you contact the guest and let them know that they left the items there . Plus the heat didn't work, but it wasn't cold enough in the room to have to have it on.
