There were roaches (alive and dead) in our room. No one answers the front desk line and the staff is rude and took personal calls while guests waited to be checked in. Unacceptable and I will never spend my money here again.

Breakfast is good quality, if limited in selection. Room was exceptionally clean and updated. Staff was pleasant and helpful, and the price absolutely couldn’t be beaten!
Negatives:
Honestly, I can’t think of anything that should have been done differently. The rooms are exterior-access, and the walls are a bit thin—but that’s a construction element and not something the hotel can change.

It was extremely clean, the amenities in our room was great especially the coffee pot with coffee and everything needed for it. The grounds were very clean. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional.
