There was no restaurant. Just danish and yogurt. Coffee machine needed coffee and person at front desk could not fill. Person who came at 8am had the key. Was no help to us we were leaving at 7am. Then we were told check out is 11 am, I said I know but we had a 10 hour drive and we were leaving

Takera the head of housekeeping was very helpful and helped us to select a newly renovated clean room on the third floor. The hotel has many bad reviews so we were worried about staying there. The woman at the front desk was very kind and helpful and when we checked in later in the day at the front desk, staff is also very kind and helpful.
Negatives:
Although the room is renovated, there is no closet to hang up anything there are no chairs to sit on. Although breakfast is provided, they ran out quickly and did not have spoons to use to eat the yogurt.

The fact that I booked this hotel plenty of times before and it's gone down. The WiFi didn't work which made the trip an unsuccessful one as getting any work done wasn't happening. I would have moved if I hadn't already spent 400 on my reservations. There should be some type of refund involved for falsely advertising wifi that you don't have. And the fact that the receptionist even gave me a password was just insulting. The light fixtures are rusting, the furniture is old, beaten and outdated. The TV remote didn't work. I had to suffer through watching SpongeBob for 3 days on Nickelodeon. Just horrible.
