Positives:
The common spaces are the best feature- nice bar and pool area, attractive upscale restaurant. Pet good live music in the afternoon. The staff was friendly and efficient. Great location. Decent price compared to area hotels for the convenience to Charleston.
Negatives:
The tile lobby floor was often wet since pool users have to track through the entire open areas to get to the elevators. The room was pretty basic, attractive but inexpensive furnishings that felt a little dated and simple, but not in a stylish minimalist way - cheap. The bed was comfortable but had a squeaky frame. Our room felt slightly damp the whole stay regardless of the AC setting. The parts of the roof we could see from the upper floors was really unattractive- old and holding moldy water. The maid service banged on our door several times both mornings despite our do not disturb sign. We will choose a different hotel next time we’re in Charleston.

We were greeted immediately by the bell hop helped us with our luggage we got the two queen room but accidentally given a king and he ran down for us and got it switched for us so we didn’t have to once we were in the room the desk called to make sure everything was to our liking, the staff was very friendly the property clean and the pool felt like a vacation resort right in the busy area of Mount pleasant
Negatives:
I wish the standard rooms had a microwave with a toddler who’s hungry on his own schedule at times a microwave would be great for a quick fix or left overs

Everything was perfect! We had a very nice room with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. Highlight of the hotel: the pool area! We would definitely stay there again.
