What a great hotel! We stayed for 7 nights, it was the perfect location, coming right off Arthur Ravenel Bridge, close to everywhere we wanted to be! With a full kitchen! Comfortable bed! Clean and private! The staff was great! Awesome warm breakfast!

The front desk staff was awesome, but the ladies that did the morning breakfast setup were amazing! They kept the bar stocked and were very attentive to the needs of those in the dining room. Also, the location was perfect... right across the bridge.

The only downside was that the firepit was not working. We still sat outside for a little while, but this would have definitely sealed the deal.

The location was perfect. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was all we needed. Would stay here again

The top look out floor isnt open for guest. Staff said only open for special occasions.

Positives:
Excellent choice for the $. Service was attentive w/pleasant staff - Early Check in to breakfast/ Wine & Cocktail hour servers. It was exceptionally clean and well kept up. Very close to Whole Foods & USS York Ship & Water Taxi Dock.
Negatives:
Wish they had bicycles to rent either at or in Mt. Pleasant. Near the recreational area by USS York Ship.

I made a reservation for 2 queen rooms in August through Booking.com. When I arrived for my stay I was told that my reservation had been canceled by Booking.com. However, the reservation was still active on my Booking.com account. They said they didn't cancel the reservation.
