Positives: I loved the guy at the frontdesk,awesome customer service..the coffee and tea area great..hotel was very clean!
Negatives: Checking in me and two other couples had to wait a while for anyone to even be at the front desk to get us checked in.the bed was a little hard and we stayed up under kids who were jumping or stomping alot of the evening, and they put us right at the window where traffic was heard loud allnight..very thin insulation
