Never told us that there was a 250.00 deposit fee that still had not been returned. Dirty faciliries. Dirty towel from previous guests hanging from shower. Stained carpet in room. Broken elevator. Mt family and I had to climb up 4 flights of stairs to get to our room.

The hotel is filled with mildew and mold. The staff was informed and they offered another room that was worse. The carpet was nasty. Everything was horrible. I honestly deserve a refund. I’ll never book there again
