- Hotel indoor pools were closed and the only outdoor pool had freezing cold water - the yards were under construction, dusty - half the facility was under repairs - No plastic bags to collect dog excrement, many grass areas soiled with excrements

The hotel was beat up. The hallways were poorly lit. The restaurant had worn benches and flooring. The billing system did not work in the restaurant. And our room, the toilet leaked, the clock radio was broken, and the fan in the bathroom sounded like a B

The location and proximity to the beach were great. The view was amazing, and the room was very comfortable. Oh, and the coffee in the room was good.
Negatives:
The lazy river pools water looked pretty green. I'm not sure if it was supposed to be that color, but it wasn't welcoming, and I didn't get in. It was disappointing cause I love a lazy river.

This location is great for me and my fur babies! The staff are always friendly. The dogs have their own designated potty area. The restaurant is good as well. Has beach access. Room was a good size.
Negatives:
The room needed some repairs to the drywall and bathroom tiles. The room could have been cleaner. There was sand on the floors and the bathroom needs a good scrub. Needs a sign in the room with a map for the ice machine. I was informed of a remodel happening this winter, so hopefully they get the upgrades they need.

Outdated, cleanliness needs improvement. This Hotel was not like the average Hilton brand. The amenities were the same but the appearance of the rooms and lobby was subpar for the price point.
