Positives: The room was spacious enough and very clean, quiet comfortable. The breakfast was ok and the location is very good just a short walk or a shorter drive to the beach. Above it was a great value, a mid range hotel and a budget hotel price.

Negatives: No room has a particularly great view but at the price we didn't expect and ocean view.

Positives: It was a good location.

Negatives: The mirrors in the rooms was dirthe staff was not helpfull I told the girl that was out of coffee and she got mad at me. By that was run in one waffle machthey had 3 or 4. They didn't want to clean it , so that was only running one Six people standing in the line I turned one on and the host yell at the that is off!!! One lady said I don't look like I'll be eating this morning The lady running the kitchen got mad at me She came out.And started complaining the waffle maker that I turned dor no then start at holland the kitchen's clothes the kitchen's closed at 9:15
