The staff was friendly and the location was great.
Negatives:
My room was dirty. The lamp shades were rusty and dirty, the microwave and fridge were dirty, the tub was dirty. The room was converted to a wheelchair accessible room because they were apparently booked up, so I’m assuming that room was rarely used, that’s why it was dirty and outdated.

I went to the lobby to get my breakfast, and instead of receiving a word like we are closing or taking what you need, I'm cleaning. The lady cleaning just took everything and closed the doors. Of course, I should have been there earlier, but that was rude in my perspective.
Another thing is that options for breakfast were limited and not enough for the price

Property was better than I thought. Front desk staff was very friendly. I request sheets and I think it was the housekeeping manager or supervisor she was great as well. I do not have anything negative to say about this property. Traveled from newyork and it was my first time at Myrtle beach. I love it and will visit again.

I don’t feel like the bed was changed from last visit. Found long hairs in it. We had no aid service for the 4 days we were there. They could at least bring us towels, and pick up the trash.
There was a lot of trash in the parking lot around the hotel.

clean facility, good location and up until I met the manager I has absolutely no problems.

I had spoke with the manager to see if it would be okay if I paid at 12:00 because check out was at 11:00 (I needed to get my check cashed) however, to my surprise she they had to do a started giving me some excuse about the hotel having to do a room enspection witch was completely find however, I couldn't understand why my room
was the only room that they was "enspecting". Then she approached me and that she was no giving me a extra hour afterall. She just had a nasty attitude.
