We didn't like anything about this hotel.

Firstly upon arrival, we had to literally pay to park ! Even though we overpaid for this hotel to begin with. So disappointed! The bed was terrible, it sunk in the middle didn't sleep at all. The room was HOT! so uncomfortable! We could not adjust it lower, it's locked. The room was dirty along with hair in the bathroom sink. We will never stay here again. You made us pay to park at a horrible hotel!

The room was clean! We had a sink back up and we notified the front desk about the issue. Upon our return from dinner they had the issue resolved. We were happy bathers. We enjoyed the continental breakfast. We appreciated the kindness from the staff. Everyone was helpful. Parking was fine. I loved that they had ice machines on every floor.

We slept well but I would say the mattresses could be a tad bit better.

I am writing to urgently request a full refund for my recent booking. Upon arrival, the room was in an unacceptable condition with an unclean bathroom full of hair, stained sheets, and trash, including pretzels, on the floor. Despite complaining to the front desk and being redirected to Booking.com, I was told that it was the hotel issue, resulting in an unhelpful and frustrating experience. This situation is deeply disappointing and not what I expect from using your site.
