Some of the room lights were not working, and the drawer was broken. The floor was sticky. I was given a room near the elevator, and the noise was unbearable due to increased traffic caused by the other elevator being out of order. The constant noise made it extremely difficult for me to sleep throughout the night.
I requested a room change but was told the hotel was fully booked. When I raised this issue the next day, the staff’s attitude was unprofessional—they claimed no one had ever complained about this issue before. Overall, I am very disappointed with my stay.

Positives:
La Quinta has a consistent approach and they maintain their quality and even the hotel layout despite the location. We have previously stayed at this brand's hotels in difference locations and they have identical layout and identical room facilities. In my opinion if you are cost conscious, you can't find a better deal. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious, even for a family of 4 like us. Most importantly, we have noticed, La Quinta has always been the quietest hotel which seems like they give emphasis on noise isolation in their room structure. Which is important for someone like us who is travelling for work. All in all, great stay as always. Staying at La Quinta is like coming back home.
Negatives:
Nothing hugely important, but would be great if the breakfast timing is extended and if they can add some fresh fruits like bananas or apples.
