Beds sunken in, shower head falling out of wall, hotel and room smelled like pee, lights by bed did not work, front desk hung up on me and would not answer phone calls

The hallways smell like marijuana and buttholes. Key cards are old and will demagnitize- had to have keys reset 3 times during my 2 night stay. There wasnt enough parking for all guests.

I needed a handicapped room. I have balance issues and have to use a walker. The handicapped room was the second last room on a hall that was the furthest from the desk and area you have to go for breakfast. Handicapped should be the closest.
