Very close to beach. Allows pets. Checks pool regularly friendly staff, has vending machines and free ice. Kinda family friendly? Laid back, allows grills. Pool is shaped like a muffin.
Negatives:
Outdated, lot of broken things, stained things. No hooks or wire in shower to hang drying stuff despite being right in the beach. Parking was very limited. Laundry machines need upgrade. No change given anywhere. Lots of trash cigarettes

We had 2 rooms which were side by side we liked that. The price was reasonable.
Negatives:
We were there for 5 days we had to keep asking for towels no one comes in to change your linens you have to ask for it. No microwave I did not see any roaches but someone ended up leaving due to there room being infested. Only one TV in one room none in the second which when you have 6 people in a two room motel kids need a TV also. The tub did not work so it was hard to give babies a bath had to try and shower them.

The shower head didn’t work. The ice machine was out of order. The elevator took forever. Had to park across street. Had to ask for more towels and trash bags. Wasn’t a microwave. The door knob was extremely loose. Two lamps didn’t work.

Took us almost 2 hours to check in. The room is a disaster wasn’t clean still trash from previous. While trying to sleep the lamp is right above the bed and can’t sleep under the lamp not enough room between mattress and the bottom of the lamp that will poke or stab you. There is no employee on premises after 12. The bathroom ceiling was leaking a lot of water outta the fan and above the tub. Couldn’t call for help because nobody was in the office. The beach access does not have a shower to wash off the sand. Walls are so thin you can hear everybody talking

When we got to the room, the tv didnt work. It also advertised a flat screen tv. It was not. It was a very small tv that was also impossible to see from bed. The shower water would go from cold to very hot no matter which nozzles you messed with.
