Positives:
The property wasn’t super-fancy, but we were more about the beach and the pools, jacuzzi, than the room. I’d’ve been nerve-racked in a fancier hotel, tracking in all the sand we did. The people were AMAZING. Helpful, funny, and we don’t like to bother anyone, so they had fresh towels in a clean bag hanging on the knob every other day. Washer and dryer on property for all those sandy clothes, but make sure to get you some quarters before you make it to the hotel. Property sits beachside.

Use regular key locks I think somebody had a copy to my room and while I was gone for a few hours one of the days I was there. They came in and stole a jar of candy that had out on the table some loose dollars and change., and most importantly a sentimental pillow and a sweater turn on x sweater that belong to my fiance that passed away. It was the only thing I had left to her that still smelled like her and I slept with it every night. But they came in my room while I was gone and they stole it out. And they have no cameras to the determine where and when it happened. They even question my authenticity on this actually happening. They asked why didn't I come down right away why didn't I. I left my phone number in case they were able to retrieve it and give me a call. But I have a feeling that you left and put little to no effort into it. Judging by the way the staff are acting about it. I was a local and they were hesitant not even running to me at first. But for making the exception I took my time and wrote them a thank you note inside a thank you card. As well written was lengthy and it was showing you serious gratitude for what I feel like they did. But a little bit I know that I was thinking them too soon. And then when my door wasn't broken into I would always have trouble with the lock. Anyhow getting into a lock and unlock. Yeah they're cheap for using regular house keys they should use updated and secure system than what they use now. Also won the dryers does not work at all so I wasted a few coins I had to wash that laundry and I had to basically hang my clothes all across the apartment. And lastly I wasn't able to check it into real late because they were very demanding on having this $100 deposit up front right now and cash to them. I told him I wouldn't better get to that night so I had to wait all the way to that night when I got the money and I told him I would have it in order to to the deposit. I wouldn't recommend.

Negatives:
The beds had stains one the box spring and just made you feel weird sleeping in them. We also found a spider crawling on one. The beds also had a wet feeling of where the rooms need a dehumidifier in them because even the floors looked wet most of the time. Way too much dampness . No one ever came and asked if we needed towels the room swept toiletries…

My daughter found a roach in her bed, one as soon as we came through the door to get into the room the first time, and numerous throughout our time there. Clearly, it was an infestation through the whole building. Heard similar complaints from other people staying there, so there wasn't really a feeling we could get away from it by going to another room. My daughter didn't sleep for two days because of having worries of bugs crawling on her throughout the night. She even opted to come with me to work instead of waiting there for me to return because the place seemed so skeevy. Every bedspread was prestained, as were the chairs that looked like we would dirty our clothes if we sat in them. Fabric so stained and filthy it should be in a landfill....along with the money i wasted on this stay. Also...never saw any mention of the deposit on the room until checking in...which compromised how much we could do upon arriving as i wouldn't get that back until after checkout should have been warned up front of that or had it integrated into my booking here as an expense so there would be an option. Also, the sliding glass door to the balcony has gaps in it so large its no wonder the roaches would come in...they have easy access considering it looks like someone took a crowbar to the lock mechanism on the handle. Serious concern that this building isnt being maintained properly. It was concerning to get on the elevator with the noises it was making as well.

Staff was rude. The original room we were given was awful. The bedroom door was missing a hinge, and the main doors door knob fell off in my hand when i opened it from inside the room. The room was infested with roaches so bad they were crawling all of the pillows on the bed. They did move us rooms to a different building and things were ok from there.
