The staff were friendly and the room seemed pretty clean.

There was a foul odor in the hallway the entire time, we could hear the people in the hallways and neighboring rooms as clearly as if they were in our rooms which kept us from sleeping well and made us feel unsafe. The breakfast was minimal and not available late enough in the morning.

My room smelled like toilet cleaner and mold. It was so bad I did not stay for the second night of my non-refundable stay. My clothes smelled from the room. The shampoo was used. The room looked clean, but there were signs it wasn’t like crumbs and used toiletries.
