It was in a fairly good area. Not to far from the attractions that we wanted to do. The staff we encountered were very nice and helpful.
Negatives:
We changed rooms 2 times because of maintenance issues. The first room the bathroom screamed at you for 5 minutes after every flush. And the dogs were extremely loud across the hall. We moved down one floor and the ac did not work in this room. We had got there originally at a decent time but went to get food while waiting on another room. Came back and waited a bit but Kyng at the front desk was so patient and understanding. He came to our room the 2nd time and checked the ac wasn’t working. He got us another room and cooled it down and ensured everything was working and in good condition. But the hallway flooded from the ac or something that night so it was a pain getting to the elevator. Not to mention the parking lot was flooded and my car tires were covered.

Positives:
The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and even though we were close to the airport, we didn't hear the planes. Really liked the security feature of having to use the room keycard to open all doors except the main door into the lobby. Staff was friendly and pleasant, parking was adequate, lots of room to get in and out of parking spaces.
Negatives:
The only thing I didn't like was someone on the floor had a dog and it did a lot of barking. Not the hotel's fault.

I do not recommend it, I have been bitten by bed bugs, the beds are not comfortable. The room smelled very bad. I chose this hotel because it was cheap since I had an accident and I don't have money for something more expensive. We just wanted to take my daughters to the beach so they could enjoy it.
