Facility and staff were great. Proximity to public beach access was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
Transient people in adjacent parking area were suspicious. Our family remained very cautious in the parking lot at night. Also, loud and disruptive patrons yelling around the pool until 2-3 am 2 of the 3 nights we stayed.

Positives:
The room is filthy we walked across the floor and our feet are black from the dirt. Some of the smells emanating in the stairwell may remind one of a third world country. Bedframe had metal sticking out and my wife cut her ankle! We left two days early for a slightly less crappy hotel.
