It was within walking distance to Wal-Mart and the beach and a lot of other businesses.

Our room was pretty dirty. The floor, the bathroom. Run down as well. Very disappointing.

I was not happy with the floors, they made my feet black and were nasty. I am not sure they have been mopped. Also the door to our bathroom would not lock

The location in relation to the beach is about the only positive thing I have to say about this hotel.
Negatives:
Wasted $60 on early check-in because there were there were no "clean" rooms available when we arrived. The website photos are so off-base, I wouldn't have known it was the same hotel. Bathroom was NOT clean upon arrival. The room was too small to use a cot (per request when booking), which actually turned out to be an air mattress. Half of the outlets did not work. No extra towels, or anything else for that matter, available, despite the fact that this hotel doesn't clean the rooms daily so we were told to ask the front desk for stuff.
