The lobby area was well kept. Bar staff was friendly.

The manager on duty when we were there was very rude. We were with a large group and he keep yelling at the kids in our group even thought there were other groups of kids doing the same thing . We were unable to enjoy our time in the lobby because he kept starring at us.

Our room had an odor of mildew. It was clean but probably needs updating. The elevator area absolutely needs to be renovated. First impressions are important. Staff at check-in was not friendly at all, seemed bothered to have to help us .
