The staff was extremely nice and having cops around the parking lot made me feel safer.

The parking was horrible. I kept having to drive around in circles until someone left so I could park. I also had to park on the completely opposite side of my room.

The bathrooms were so dirty my family did not want to take showers. The linens were dirty and stained when we asked for new comforters staff had an attitude. After a long wait the new comforter were still stained and had holes in them. My family did not feel safe with the constant traffic ALL NIGHT.

Only good thing was the location, it is close to most anything you need while visiting. The staff was friendly enough.

The room was nasty. The bed had been made w/dirty sheets (hair), hair on toilet & tub, soiled toilet bowl that hadnt been cleaned. Floors in the entire building were gross, not even swept, stained carpets. Pool bottom was covered with debris & dirt.

Breakfast was ok (cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, waffles), lots of tv channels, located near everything you would need. Staff was accommodating when I complained our room was nasty & they were friendly enough.
Negatives:
First room assigned had not been cleaned, the beds had been made up with dirty sheets. Found numerous hairs in the sheets, on the toilet seat, in the tub, and toilet was soiled. All the floors throughout the hotel & rooms were very dirty & needed vacuumed & shampooed. Beds in 2nd room appeared to have clean sheets at least, but floors were obviously not swept/mopped & mirrors & furnishings were smear-covered (cleaned with dirty rag or just not cleaned thoroughly). Tub in both rooms was long overdue for a scrubbing. Pillows were tiny & only 2 per bed. Bottom of pool was covered with debris & dirt. Seemed like some guests lived there and there were a few “questionable” men hanging outside of rooms & in lobby constantly.
