Super 8 by Wyndham Piedmont Greenville Area

Negatives: This was the ABSOLUTE MOST DISGUSTING roach infested ceiling falling in motel I’ve ever been to in my entire life!!! Lady at the front desk was rude, acted irritated I asked for 2 keys. The pictures online are NOT anything close to how these rooms really look! The lock on the door was busted like the door was kicked in before. There was scum on every surface, cigarette burns, stench throughout, roaches, ceiling was falling apart, towels had brown spots all over them, every surface was coated in dirt, bedding included, no elevator. Stairway looked as if it’s never been cleaned since built. Duct tape across bathroom mirror, burns all over the bathtub, a/c was window unit with all the buttons missing and the display didn’t work so you had to guess and see if you could push a pen down in to hit a button and hope you hit the AC not heater, shelves missing in the fridge, THERE WASNT EVEN A PHONE IN THE ROOM AT ALL! I cannot believe that Wyndham let’s this motel operate under their name! It honestly should be condemned! Even going to walk thru the room we could hear the floor flexing and it making the tub in the bathroom echo from the floor giving way. The lock to both doors didn’t work. The front and the bathroom! DO NOT STAY HERE/ PICTURES ARE MISLEADING AND NOBODY WOULD RATE THIS AS EVEN “OK” they have to be fake reviews or from homeless people put up in a place by the mission. We couldn’t sleep, and I brought cleaner in to clean any surface we touched. Even the drink residue from spills before us was left all over the night stand. It’s was way past disgusting. Not inhabitable.

Negatives: It was dirty. Had to get new sheets and blankets for bed. The sheets were dirty, and the blankets had big burn holes. Also, the tv was broken. I told the guy at the front desk, and he said yes, we know, and we are replacing it after we left. That didn't help me any. Also, beds made lots of noise and were not comfortable. And the breakfast was a joke. The coffee was horrible.

Negatives: The neighboring rooms were loud.

Negatives: No coffee pot or microwave, breakfast wasn't a good selection

Negatives: Everything. The sheets were not properly cleaned, the lobby floors had food crumbs and dirt strewn everywhere and looked like it hasn’t been vacuumed in over a week. The walls in my room had THROW UP on them that were not properly cleaned which is considered a biohazard. There was puke STAINS on the sheets. Holes in the wall that seemed like peep holes. And I don’t believe this hotel had a cleaning staff. Didn’t see one person for cleaning. When I mentioned the lobby floors to the desk clerk he thought I wanted a vacuum to do it myself.
