Price was good. Location was good for our needs. Nearby Country Omelet cafe was a bonus. It was very slow when we were there so parking was great (and well-lighted!). Having breakfast snacks available is nice.
Negatives:
While clean, the room had a lot of little cosmetic things that could use attention.
The mattress had some really gross stains that could be seen below the protector.
Nice big flatscreen TV is nice, but only fuzzy SD quality and no "guide" that I could tell to know what was showing on the channels, making it nearly pointless.

Didn't eat breakfast the cleanliness wasn't up to my standards the sheets and pillow cases were stained and had burns in comforter the toilet was hard to flush had to remove top to flush they should charge 50 max.

Hard to get towels swapped out. Pull out sofa bed hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Paneled floor in room left feet black, but don't know if it was dirty or if dye from panels were rubbing off as it looked newer. I know sometimes dark paneled floors can do that. Bathtub fixture needs work as it was hard to turn water on.
