Woke up to find roaches...

The place was dirty looking and when we got to our room it smelled so bad my wife and myself almost had to hold our breath while we looked around. The beds looked like they were just made up from the previous guest. The place was very run down and looked like it needed a lot of repairs and cleaned badly. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights without a working television the wrong was not very clean there were a few roaches in my room food was left in the microwave don't know how long it was there I will never stay at this hotel again

I was disappointed

Upon arriving, management was very nice. We went in the room relaxed for about an hour and a half, turn the light on to go in the bathroom. It was disgusting and the toilet was nasty hadn't been clean in a long time, shower was nasty and full of mold. The ceilings were full of mold bathroom walls very disgusting room. I requested a refund and was told absolutely no. I accepted another room went in the room it did not do a close inspection while the staff was there. Once staff left, I did a thorough inspection in this room was the same, mold ceiling texture coming off and very big chunks refrigerator did not work was filthy, no smoke detectors in the room. I was told that that was the last room they could give me and I could accept it or not, but I was not getting a refund. I contacted law enforcement and was advised that this had been going on quite a long time and because they had a sign saying no refund, there was nothing I could do but follow civil suit. I fully intend I'll contact you my attorney. Code enforcement, fire Marshall, and the department of health and humane services have been contacted.

This facilities was filthy! The person working at the front desk look like a wino they pulled in off the streets he had a torn filthy shirt on. The room was even worse upholstery was stained wallpaper was peeling off the walls and all just generally filth.
