Our lightbulb by the bed was burnt out. It was replaced immediately. We had a problem all night with the A/C. When we walked in, it was freezing. Turned up the thermostat. Went out to eat. Came back, it was still freezing. Turned it up some more. Middle of the night...still freezing. Turned it off. It never got warm enough for my sister and me. I shoould have turned on the heat!

Landscaping around hotel property. At the exit of the hotel, there was a huge landscaping rock and flowers. I hit the rock because the bushes created a blind spot. You could not see the rock or the flowers. I do not think I am completely at fault. I went in to speak with someone- a manager- but there was only an older man at check in/out who did not know what to do.

Noisy, could hear people next door. Found a dead bed bug on my bedspread the next morning. The breakfast was unappealing. Oatmeal all water and oats in crockpot, not cooked. The chicken sausage patties looked uncooked.
