The young woman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Ms. Dot, the cleaning lady was very nice. They did give me a refund of 2 nights out of 3.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at! My room was within 4 ' of an entrance door. Heard EVERY person coming and going. The door slams. chirping sound awakened me at 2:30 am. Went to front desk, the man there was no help and could NOT have cared less! Finally, I found carbon monoxide detector and took it down. Put outside near stairwell. Would you believe could still hear it somewhat faintly in my room?! It stayed there all night and I finally took to office at 11:00 am! Nobody removed it. Just kept on beeping! So, 3 hrs. sleep, ac noisy as hell, no pool and WORSE I had 2 figure out how to sleep, without the chirping! The ac was cold, however it was so loud, creaking, vibrating and when it shut off it sounded like someone kicked a metal wall! The floor was disgusting. I had on white socks. Within 2 hrs. the socks were BLACK with dirt showing each toe and heel! The pool was filthy. It had NEVER been cleaned from last year and pretty sure, not even then. Of course they said it was being fixed. The PATEL'S need to cough up some $$$ and maintain the premises! They don't have adequate employees! And THEY WONDER why they don't! ONLY cable TV. Who does that? Cheaply run and no regard for guests amenities! Will never recommend.
