Reserved a jacuzzi suite online, then upcharged $40 upon arrival. Had to clean jacuzzi before using. The room held moisture leaving the floor slick the entire time. Manager was rude/ disrespectful while I was leaving. There's lots of room for improvement

It's not their fault but unfortunately we have people that disrespect kindness and leave messes and do damage that is very hard to keep up with when you can't get staff or afford to keep staff working 24/7 keep up the trash that some guests leave behind.
