First of all. No elevator. I have several health issues which made it very difficult to get out things upstairs. I had my 2 granddaughters with me. As we're walking down the hall to the room, all you could smell was marijuana. At that point, I was ready to leave. Well, we get to the room and it smells horribly. My granddaughter opened the microwave.... That's where the smell came from. Spoiled food was in it. There was no way we could sleep in that room! I have talked to booking.com about a refund. They said they were going to contact y'all about it but I haven't heard anything from Motel 6 yet. I have stayed at Motel 6 before and loved it. But, this was just horrible. I'm sorry!

We booked on line. When we got there, the pool was closed. There was no free breakfast! Looked like someone threw up in the bathtub. Ran water in it and it was clogged. We left. Now, I can't getting a response from booking.com to get a refund!
