Positives: Absolutely nothing, needed room from midnight to 11am check out, booking. Com advised dates were not correct & to change dates, I guess they couldn't figure different time zones, so it cost me the room that night & billed for the same room the next night & never stepped in a room. Refused to refund me, So I will never use them again . Ps. I spent over 15,000$ With them in 2 years
