I did not like being lied to. I canceled my trip do to storm. I called you company they canceled it. But I had to go through booking.com. Booking.com said you did not horn or the counseled stay October 7-9. You had flickering lights and your power was going in and out due to the hurricane

the room I had reserved was not the room they came me. when brought to the attention of the front desk I was met with an additude from the saff. and the room was not properly cleaned still items in the fridge and tub had a dirt ring
