I loved our stay! Every member of the staff I encountered from front desk to the cleaning staff were nice. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy, We enjoyed the variety of options for breakfast and it tasted great, The pool is a decent size and was perfect for our family and other guests. Finally, we were 10 to 25 minutes from everything we wanted to do over the weekend and a walkable distance to the store.
Negatives:
There is only one elevator and it jolts just a bit when it begins to lift.

There was spiders in the pool. There was 4 of us. Only two towels in the room. Called down and ask for more towels. I was asked why I wanted more towels and told that I must have more people in the room than I was suppose to. Vents in room was caked with dust was put in a handicap room Why?
