Checking in was interesting. You had to speak with the desk receptionist via a Plexi window with a drawer to put your license and CC through. The room was filthy and infested with bugs, maybe stink bugs,, not that it matters. The furniture was stained and broken. There were people sleeping in their vehicles in the parking lot, people running around and yelling at 2a.m. All I wanted to do was sleep comfortably for a few hours after driving all day. That was impossible due to the conditions and the actions going on outside.Plus having bugs buzzing around you.
I am asking you for a FULL refund for this stay. I also feel the owner of the property should be made aware. Just look at Yelp reviews and you'll read much of the same. To save your reputation, I would remove this site as an option. It reflects poorly on you.

Everything and the bad management and maintenance man they have they towed my car from the hotel while me and my boyfriend was asleep didn't even wake us up to notify us it was getting towed so they towed my car illegally I would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel and this isn't the first incident of them towing people's cars for absolutely no reason this is like the 5th or 6th time they have did this to somebody
