Positives:
I liked the location. It was very close to the highway, store,etc.booking.com changed me way more than the room was supposed to be. They changed my $710.00, but the manager told me that I was over changed because it's was only $588.00 with tax included
Negatives:
The manager.. I asked if she could get a housekeeper to vacuum my room, which wasn't done it had dog hair everywhere. She told me that they had 18 rooms clean and they could not do it. I also asked for some sheets, but I never got it. I called down to the front desk, and she answered because i couldn't watch TV for the remaining of my stay, which was 6 days.I also woke up that morning with my eye blood red and irritated. The toilet was black due to a lack of cleaning. I had to clean my own room just so my kids would not catch something while we were there. Also the room had roaches everywhere mainly in the bathroom.

I didnt like how I wasted water on my bed cover and requested that need another comforter and got told every excuse in the world and didnt have any cover to sleep with beside a small sheet. Bathroom towels was very dingy thank god I brought back up towels.

We stay in room 108 and 109. Rooms not clean, towels with heavy dirty stain ( was not used, I believe was wash, but very heavy residue) I bring towel to desk and ask to replace ( but find that after shower, on time when I need to use. Very unpleasant situ
Negatives:
Bathroom door trim heavily damaged by dogs ( looks like) and cover with transparent plastic corners. Halls in 1 st floor need renovation, bad shape.

The clerk was friendly; however, after checking in (less than 5 minutes later) we returned to the clerk to describe the filthiness in the room and ask for a refund he referred us to the manager (Vanessa) who accepted our call but informed us that she had to discuss it with the owner and have them call us. Its been nearly a week and no refund and no call.

I understand that things happen and it is difficult for upper management to micromanage the cleanliness of its facilities without going behind them in every way so there has to be a certain level of accountability and trust between the housekeepers and the managers; however, when an employee does not do their job and leaves a room in a disgustingly unclean state the management should reconcile with their customers and make it right. These managers and owners did not. Shame. The franchise should investigate before they have their name drug through the mud. The tv wouldnt come on. There was only one staff person working and he was busy at the front desk. Finally he came up and got it on. The remote was taped with scotch tape. There were hardly any channels available to watch. I didnt like the surprise $200.00 incidentals fee that I had to pay. That was not mentioned when I booked the room. I had to use my debt card so I wont get it back for 7 days.

Nothing! I left and went to another hotel. I never stayed at the Sleep Inn.

This place was disgusting and I didn't feel safe AT ALL! I went to the front desk and handed my keys back to them and went to another hotel. I tried to explain to them my issues of marijuana smoke smell, a sock covering the smoke detector (which is a liability & hazard), a substance that resembled peanut butter was wiped all over the microwave and other areas of the room; when they tried to give me a new room, there were nasty BOOGERS all over the headboard!!!!!! I seriously cant make this up! The next day, they charged my credit card $30 for missing towels that the maid used and took after trying to clean the boogers off the headboard. The floors were sticky and there was a smooshed roach I had to walk over to get to my room. To top it all off, I NEVER got an apology. This property should be inspected. Waiting for my refund. I NEVER STAYED THERE.

We had to change rooms and both rooms were not clean. The first room was very warm, had 2 used wash cloths hung that were dried and crusty and all 6 pillows had no pillows cases. The second room was very dusty, used soap bar lodged to the floor, wet carpet, and hair in both beds!
