They cancelled my reservation for no reason and said it was due to Booking.com. I had to scramble to find a place to stay. the staff was nice and very apologetic and helped me to find a close hotel to stay at, but it was not a good experience.

There’s no place to put your clothes. For an extended stay hotel there should be drawers for clothes. The “closet” was not even suitable for an extended stay. The “closet” area was open and only a very small area to hang clothes.
