Negatives: Dirty, ice machine not working, puddles of oil in the parking area, bad area

Negatives: I've stayed here several times in the past, but it's now in a run down state. Dirty- Previous guest's trash still in the room. Hair in sink, tub, and bed. AC unit pieces were just laying around in the room.

Positives: The staff was somewhat nice. When we called the front desk about the bathroom light not working, the person sent to repair smelled heavily of alcohol...not making assumptions, just stating facts.

Negatives: Mostly everything. I understand they are under new management, but it seems they are not very dedicated to improving their establishment.
