The staff was friendly and the bed was rather comfortable.
Negatives:
In our non- smoking room, one comforter had several burn burn holes and the other bed had big fluid strains on it (bodily, not like food/drink). The bathroom wall was dirty facing the toilet. We slept in our travel clothes and removed the blankets.

The location - it's proximity to Route 95

Staff would not answer phone - called many times and had to wait hours to call back again to finally reach someone. Refrigerator in room did not work at all! Included breakfast was terrible - only a waffle maker (that did not work or was not well maintained by staff) and 1 type of cereal. If there were more breakfast options, staff did not put it out for customers at all! Overpriced for quality of what you get - since things were not well maintained by staff.
