The sheets were so thin you could see through them, the blanket was very thin, toilet paper needs an upgrade, toilet size was appropriate for a grade school, staff could use a refresher session on being friendly, welcoming, and helpful, parking was not convenient. The walk to parking was long, dark an unlit. A smaller, elderly, or female single person would not feel safe at night or early morning. Escort or shuttle should be offered.

The room wasn't very clean at all. There were 3 dead flies in the room and shower. The lotions in the bathroom were half used and just overall dirty room.
