Was not expecting my room to open to the parking lot, and the concierge to be in a call center somewhere else via a live monitor. Was given the handicapped room, didn't request this, however, the room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

Room was clean. Can park right at your door which makes bringing luggage in very simple. I felt safe and comfortable. Check in was on kiosk which was a little odd but went very smooth!
