Positives:
I ended up at this location because the recommended hotel was fully booked. I appreciate that they had space and it does feel like they're making an effort to keep things clean despite the traffic they have from construction workers and those staying for a long time.
Negatives:
Where to start... The overall smell was stale. Although people are not allowed to smoke in their rooms, I believe they do with the windows open or they smoke immediately outside of the rooms and that smell is captured. I purchased a room deodorizer, and it could not hold up against the overwhelming smell. When I got home from this trip, I washed clothes that I didn't even wear because I was afraid they smelled bad. The mattresses might have been comfortable, but to protect them from the dirt and grime, had plastic sheets that were not only uncomfortable, but made the fitted sheet slip off at the slightest movement exposing all of the horrific stains. Breakfast existed, but the poor gal in charge of breakfast was struggling to keep up with how many people were looking for food and somehow, even the food was cold as it was being brought out. Even with fans in the bathroom, condensation dripped from the ceiling while taking showers. Nothing like dirty ceiling water as you're trying to get clean. I was never so happy to be back home.

It was quiet and clean....

The manager was nice when we explained our problems with the room.
Negatives:
The room was not clean. The bathtub had a dirt ring around it. The shower curtain was discolored and had mildew. There was a rip in the chair in the room. The plaster repairs were painted over mesh. There were spiders in the bed along with flies in the room. The location was good if you wasn't to be close to the Capitol, but at night safety is an issue. Not well lighted.

Reservation about here was that there is no service during the night. I think owners / staff not on property 2nd time we stayed ( just one night ) staff did not arrive to put out breakfast. Which obviously was included. But not owners fault
