Pool always full, very rude guests in the pool, hours of pool were not late enough, room service entered my friend's room at 8am every day despite him saying he did not want service, it was very loud, waffle maker broke, food ran out earlier than expected.

The bathroom was improved. Had shampoo and conditioner and lotion. Fairly clean. Well lit. Actually got room service. I do use my own stuff for the most part. Having a fridge and a microwave are good. Tv speaker was a little bad if it got turned up made noise. But was ok. Breakfast was good. Nice people.
Negatives:
Couldn't open the window more than 4 inches. Rooms could always be cleaner. Vacuum the floors more often.
