Positives: Nothing. I would give -20 if I could. Mary Pappas worse hotel management ever. She is rude and doesnt know the laws when it comes to how to treat customers.
Negatives: The staff. The rooms are dirty. The heat doesnt work most of the time. The phones dont work. Place is terrible.

Positives: I liked the affordable room rates.
Negatives: Requested being moved to a room that doesnt have an adjoining room attached. Got moved to the 2nd floor. To ANOTHER room that has an adjoining room attached. Front desk girl made it seem like any request was an inconvenience.

Positives: We chose not to stay! The place is mot what was portrayed on your site. Its an old, run down building. The staff that were cleaning were smoking in the rooms when we went to check in. Dirty!!!! Would like a refund!!!
Negatives: Dirty!! Staff smoking in rooms while they were supposedly cleaning. Not what was portrayed on your site! False advertising?? Chose not to stay .. it was horrible!!!
