Booking.com - cancelled a duplicate reservation and still having trouble with them to get the charges cancelled. Hotel agreed that the duplicate reservation should be cancelled - with booking.com on the phone; but just got a notice from booking that the charges would not be returned.

Your manager wouldn't honor my wife's Best Western employee discount using the excuse they were in high demand which was NOT true as rooms were NOT all booked up. We were NOT given adjoining rooms as we requested but instead rooms on separate floors.
Negatives:
Best Western employee discounts should ALWAYS be honored! Instead of being money hungry & raising prices. Guests are renting rooms NOT buying rooms.

Our room was dirty. There was dust all around the lamps and big cobwebs hanging in the corners of the room.
