Positives: The location of the property was convenient.

Negatives: There was a wet dirty washcloth with hairs in the shower and other dirty wash clothes hanging with the towels. The hotels solution was to send someone to the room without notifying me to collect the washcloth. The breakfast ended at 10am, the staff was informed at 9am that there was no milk and she refused to refill it. When making a waffle she was very rude.

Positives: The 24 hour (adult only 11pm-6am) pool & hot tub. Very clean. Great breakfast

Negatives: After extending stay by a day we had to move rooms for that day, from one king to another, 3 floors to the other side of the hotel. Staff was not accommodating! Hot tub had 2 much chlorine last night of stay, burned eyes horribly to even be in pool area.
