We wanted to cancel they didn't allow. We wound up having to bring a sick kid with. We requested a cheaper room than the whirlpool suite, with a king size bed. Wound up with 2 queens for same price no whirlpool.

Breakfast over at 9am is too early for someone on vacation, another customer came down at 8:55 and the kitchen worker was already putting the waffle ingredients away and told him it was shutting down, very poor customer service. They hit me with an additional $50 pet fee which was not on your site. The normal rate is $ 25.
