Positives:
The breakfast selection was very good, but the room was excellent. Everything was clean and although I was right next to the elevator, I didn't hear alot of commotion. Traveling alone and felt safe.

Excellent stay, would definitely stay...
Positives:
I read all the reviews prior to coming and prepared in advance: I came with my own bedding, my own hangers, lots of random dollar tree things to assist for lack of hospitality in other words. But I wasted almost the cost of the hotel, in these extra things, because the hotel had EVERYTHING: hangers, iron, ironing board, clean bedding, decent pillows, cups (plastic and coffee), microwave, full cable flatscreen tv on the wall, LARGE BOTTLES OF HIGH END SOAP! Tissues, alcohol wipes, modern shower head, SPOTLESS TUB AND TOILET. Lots of random other little things. Whole room was spotless, literally you could eat off the toilet. I’m used to five star niche Boutique Hotels, (Kimptons, etc,) I’ve WORKED at the SoHo House, which is so pretentious and high end, it’s not even a boutique hotel, it’s officially a “social club.” You used to have to be a member just to be on the premises and use the hotel services… with that said, for the 100 something price I paid for three nights, my stay exceedingly surpassed any Hyatt or Marriott as far as expectations… my room was small, but had everything as advertised for a single queen bedroom. PLUS IMPECCABLY CLEAN. I’ve stayed in “five star” hotels with less accommodations. I’m not sure where all these negative reviews are coming from, but a rule of thumb is, never go anywhere blindly.. it’s always wise to call the property in advance, establish a presence and identity there beforehand, and make sure all your questions are addressed in advance. Make friends and get some priority treatment. Ask for specific things etc. but above all, be courteous and respectful in life the same will come to you.
Negatives:
The breakfast, again, is FREE, so nobody should be complaining, for a “budget hotel” but it would be nice if they incorporated some fruit in the free breakfast. Apples, bananas, etc. Otherwise it’s decent. 100% acceptable for a freebie for a few dollars a night. Waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, many oatmeal flavor options, bagels, muffins, toast, coffee, juice. Cereal.
The beds (my bed at least) was a bit “firm” for my taste, but clean, and new.
There are complaints in the reviews about people walking around loudly in their rooms, and noise… those people would never survive a half hour in New York City. Simple solution to that problem, pick a top floor or a corner room in advance.. people are people you can’t change the world. Alternatively, gangster up, and “politely,” start knocking on doors about the noise. Problem solved. Overall, the property had zero flaws, realistically.

Didn’t like the fact that the owner called me cursing me like a dog didn’t even give me a chance to talk threaten to put my stuff in the trash at exactly 11 when it was 10:30 I didn’t book correctly had one night paid for because their system took the money at 4 something this morning which I sent him proof of on his cellphone that he used to curse me out with showing that I had paid for tonight but on his phone call to he says he hasn’t gotten any money well as everybody will see in the screenshot that was a lie and after all that disrespect I still didn’t receive a apology from the so called man that was very wrong and unprofessional for his phone call like you really was gone put my stuff in trash after I showed proof I had today paid for just not tomorrow which was the misunderstanding that didn’t take you screaming yelling and cursing at anyone
