Restaurant was not open as stated on the website, no functioning ice machines except in Executive Wing, Room Service was only if the restaurant wasn’t busy - I called for a pot of coffee & was told they were swamped and it’d be faster to come down.
For large events the Sheraton needs to step up their services!
